![]() ![]() A week after the new installation, Acrobat stopped loading and demanded I contact Adobe as my copy was "unauthorized." After some time on hold, then talking with a CSR, then more time spent on hold, I was "validated." Nothing like wasting 40+ minutes out of my day installing a legally purchased copy of their product. Once installed, Acrobat opened a "license validation" screen for a week every tmie I tried to use Acrobat. Recently moved my Acrobat Pro XI from an old PC to a new one. And, the hoops you have to overcome to move a purchased copy from one PC to another is trying. THE COMPANY: The product is good, and is easy to install ON THE FIRST INSTALL, but Adobe now acts like Microsoft - PRICE FIXING! Note here that almost all the equivalent products are priced within $5 - $10 of each other? That's price fixing. Option to downgrade the licence is only available for Enterprise customers i.e with volume licences, and for that you need to contact our tech support, go to. I've never had a product fail to install right the first time, nor had one hang or blow-up a document while using Acrobat. As Adobe has launched Adobe Acrobat DC so you won't be able to purchase Adobe Acrobat XI, even its not possible to downdrade the licence from Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. It's a simple to use yet versatile product. ![]()
